After the success of the first edition with more than 7200 visitors, the latino festival the most approved by a large majority in France in 2010 returns for 3 days of festivity!!!
Still of the novelty this year at the level of the international artists and DJ's... As last year or we had received for the first time in France and exclusively the group "La Excelencia" of New York, we shall have this year 3 days of live concert with big surprises in preparation...
Much more than an international festival, "Salsatongs" is above all a human adventure and a state of mind which makes of this one an event not as the others. A will to move closer and to combine international Artists and their public in any simplicity, with a good energy. A rare nearness which is the essence of this ambitious outstanding project which many people were able to live.
Strong of her acquired experience since 2003, the Alma Latina association, the school of Salsa and Bachata recognized on Marseille, in particular for her dances and concerts "El Barrio Des Docks", thus throws today, this exceptional project with the support of numerous institutional and private partners but also by international dancers and schools of Salsa of the region and all Europe. Links and connections worldwide, which years knew how to strengthen.
Laurent DE MARIA Président of the association Alma Latina always had as priority the artistic quality of our events and we wanted to take part directly and indirectly, thanks to the " Festival International Salsatongs ", to the project " 2013, Marseille european capital of the Culture ".
After several years, the success of "Salsatongs" is indisputable and this one becomes the major meeting for the best dancers of the moment who crowd to take part in it and of a public always more numerous and requiring from quality event.
The public of whole Europe thus gives himself produce you to Marseille on July 29-30-31st, 2011 for it " 2nd Salsatongs Festival International " which will propose more than 60 periods of dances varied to discover or perfect, 5 live concerts exclusive of two hours each of the trainings come from the U.S.A, more than 50 international artists for shows on stage to take the breath away.
